Visual visitor management, off-duty behavior detection, restricted area intrusion detection, abnormal behavior and condition recognition. Fully integrated with factory IPC surveillance system to ensure continuous production safety for textile printing and dyeing plants.
Paper visitor logs are slow, hard to verify, fragile and hard to audit — not enough for dyeing plant safety and visitor control.
Visual Visitor Management System is an intelligent personnel security management platform built by deeply integrating computer vision, deep learning facial recognition, target behavior analysis, real-time video stream parsing and other technologies, tailored for factory premises scenarios.
The system fully connects to the factory IPC surveillance system. Centered on three core business lines, it helps factories standardize visitor management, enable real-time security alerts, and visualize entry & exit data.

Camera capture + registration replaces paper books — with these benefits:
Visitors scan QR codes to drastically cut registration time. Facial and physical features are automatically captured, and the system sends requests to hosts to assign access zones and valid durations.
Mobile numbers are verified via WeChat official service. On-site facial snapshots are matched against the database to prevent false visitor information submission. Gate guards no longer need to call hosts for confirmation.
View on-site visitors and their paths on the electronic map. Enable cross-camera personnel tracking with linked live surveillance preview. Historical trajectory playback is supported.
Receive alerts when visitors enter restricted areas. View alarm details including snapshot, timestamp and location, process alarm records and push notifications via service account.
Automatically identify strangers bypassing gate verification and visitors without completing on-site registration. Even with partial recognition failures, the system can detect, track trajectories and trigger review workflows in a timely manner.
Visitor profiles, entry/exit timestamps and movement trajectories are digitally archived. In case of security incidents, visitor records and trajectory snapshots can be queried by time, name or organization for rapid evidence tracing.
Push instant alerts for unauthorized access to restricted zones. Visitor permissions expire automatically upon timeout; access is revoked when visitors leave. Eliminate security risks caused by retained and reused paper access badges.
The system automatically counts visitor volume, visiting organizations and visit frequency, and generates visitor reports without manual ledger entry. It helps managers monitor the flow of external personnel.
Complete digital entry-exit logs plus electronic map trajectory monitoring. Standardized and exportable ledgers facilitate inspection and document review, addressing the non-compliance issue of paper-based records for security audits.
Multi-gate linkage and centralized management shift security personnel’s focus to patrol, emergency response and exception handling. Multi-gate post linkage with one-master multi-slave architecture, reducing security labor costs.

Off‑duty behavior detection adopts AI video analytics technology. It defines detection zones for fixed work posts, and triggers an alarm when personnel leave the zone for longer than the preset time.
It accurately covers the working areas of key printing‑dyeing machines, monitors the on‑post status of operators in real time, eliminates hidden risks caused by off‑duty behavior, and ensures continuous and stable production operations.

Special controlled areas including hazardous chemical control zones, sewage environmental confined spaces, high-risk operation areas, high-voltage power distribution rooms and power machine rooms can distinguish whitelisted personnel (certified and authorized) from unauthorized intruders. It supports time-based access control (anti-intrusion for unattended night shifts) and alarm linked logs, and records intrusion events into safety/environmental hazard archives.

Alarm for personnel without hard hats in workshop inspection and equipment maintenance areas
Detection of missing masks in pulping, dye batching and high-dust spinning workshops
Failure to wear acid and alkali resistant protective gloves when contacting dye chemicals or near high-temperature setting equipment
Slippers and open-toed shoes are prohibited for workshop operations
Long exposed hair beside weaving machines and workstations, risk of being caught by machinery; key hazard in textile industry
High-risk behavior, easily entangled by looms, setting machines and rollers
